Project Background

The challenge was to create two distinctly themed Santa Sets that felt premium, immersive and engaging, while fitting seamlessly within active shopping centre environments. Each installation needed to support high visitor volumes, provide clear photo opportunities, ensure operational efficiency for Santa photography sessions and deliver long-term durability and value for the centres.

CDS Solution

CDS developed two fully bespoke Santa environments, designed from concept through to fabrication and installation by our local teams. Santa’s Magical Garden featured layered scenic elements, soft lighting and whimsical details to create a warm, enchanting setting, while Santa’s Toy Workshop brought a playful, workshop-inspired theme to life with rich textures, interactive detailing and bold visual features. Both sets were purpose-designed to frame Santa photography, guide customer flow and delight visitors, while meeting safety, accessibility and operational requirements. Our expert installation teams delivered both projects, ensuring a premium finish and consistent experience across centres.

The Result

The completed Santa Sets delivered strong visual impact and high levels of community engagement, becoming festive focal points within each shopping centre. Families were able to capture magical, shareable moments in environments that felt truly special and unique to each location.
