The past 12 months have been some of the biggest in Christmas Display Solutions’ history. We’ve continued to grow nationally, expanded our team, increased our warehouse and production capacity and introduced new Christmas display ranges.
While growth is something worth celebrating, for us the more important story is what that growth allows us to deliver for our clients.
Over the past year, Christmas Display Solutions has expanded its operations, added key talent to the team and scaled up warehouse facilities across the country.
Instead of just celebrating numbers, we see this expansion as a direct investment in quality, efficiency and scale. For property managers, councils and commercial venues, our increased footprint directly translates to smoother project delivery, larger design capabilities and stronger support for our clients’ commercial Christmas displays.
Growing our team across Australia
One of the most important investments we’ve made this year has been in our people. To ensure every project receives dedicated oversight, we have strengthened our national team across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and Tasmania.
Our expanding team includes new key additions:
- Bianca Geysen – National Sales Manager, Victoria
- Ash Leluan – Designer, Queensland
- Kathy Decru – Administration Assistant, Victoria
We have also promoted Jessie Milhé to Operations and Project Delivery Lead in Victoria, expanding her responsibility across overall project coordination and delivery.
Our Hire Division has also expanded with three new team members:
- Kylie Garrity – National Sales Manager, Victoria
- Angie Grimwood – Operations Manager, New South Wales
- Melinda Scott – Production and Decorator, New South Wales
These appointments bring greater capacity across sales, bespoke design, production and project delivery. For our clients, this means more dedicated support, stronger national coordination and the ability to seamlessly deliver complex, multi-site Christmas programs across Australia.
More space to support bigger Christmas projects
As our client base and project requirements have grown, we have also expanded our facilities across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania.
In Melbourne, we moved into a larger warehouse and office in January 2026, giving our Victorian team more space to prepare, maintain, refurbish and store Christmas decorations and displays, while also supporting increasing client storage requirements.
In New South Wales, we also moved into a larger warehouse, significantly increasing our preparation and storage capacity.
At our long-standing Launceston production facility, we have increased the amount of space used by Christmas Display Solutions, creating greater capacity for production, preparation and storage.
Together, these changes give us the infrastructure needed to prepare, maintain, refurbish and store decorations securely, ensuring every installation looks pristine year after year.
Fresh, flexible Christmas display ranges for every space
Our growth has enabled us to diversify and expand our display collections. We’ve introduced brand-new Christmas display ranges designed to provide greater flexibility across different venue types, spatial constraints and budget levels.
These expanded ranges allow us to create more tailored Christmas programs for shopping centres, retail precincts, corporate environments, hospitality venues and public spaces.
Combined with our growing team and increased operational capacity, we can now provide an even stronger level of support across the full project journey, from initial design and planning through to production, installation, project delivery, storage and ongoing display management.
Growth with a purpose
We’re proud of how much Christmas Display Solutions has grown over the past year, but the growth itself isn’t the end goal. Every new team member, every additional square metre of warehouse space and every new display range gives us greater capacity to support our clients and create Christmas experiences that bring people together.
